1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website — whether to browse our services, read our insights, apply for a role, or use the candidate or employer portal — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who can use this site

The job board and application flow are open to job seekers in Kenya and East Africa. Employer portal access is invite-only and subject to a separate data processing agreement.

3. Accounts

If you apply for a role as a guest, an account is created for you automatically so you can track your application; we'll email you a link to claim it. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

4. Job postings and applications

Job postings are published by Future-Fit on our own behalf or on behalf of named or confidential client employers. Submitting an application means the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge — providing false information may disqualify your application. Applications close automatically at the stated deadline.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use this site to submit false information, attempt to access another user's account or data, scrape or bulk-download job listings or candidate data, or interfere with the site's operation.

6. Intellectual property

The Future-Fit name, logo and site content belong to Future-Fit Consultants unless otherwise credited. You retain ownership of the CV, cover letter and other documents you submit; submitting them gives us the right to process them for recruitment purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. No guarantee of outcome

Applying for a role, or posting one as an employer, does not guarantee an interview, a hire, or a successful placement. AI-assisted screening is advisory only — see our Privacy Policy for how it works.

8. Liability

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for losses arising from its use beyond what Kenyan law requires.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
